Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

  

SHIPPING   

We do not have control over customs and duties, therefore we aren't responsible for any delays or additional fees that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us

(Does not include weekends/public holidays):

Canada ~ 2 to 7 business days (tracking system available)

Rest of the world ~ 7 to 15 business days (tracking system available varies) Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package or the order will be refunded.

 

RECEIPTS

A receipt will automatically be sent after an order is placed. If you lost your receipt, contact us and we’ll sent it again.

 

REFUNDS 

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns and we don’t do refunds.

If we sent you the wrong item(s) or if the product(s) you received doesn’t match the description, contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
